The challenge
A consumer-electronics distributor manages thousands of different SKUs with fast rotation and multiple order channels (B2B retailers + online store). Without a WMS unifying the flows, the risk of picking errors and over-reservation across channels is significant.
The solution
Rosistem delivered a two-component architecture: a BackOffice module (for configuration, order management, reports) and a portable-terminal application (for physical warehouse operations). Both components sync bidirectionally with the OMC ERP.
