The challenge
Uniconf managed inventory and orders through a semi-manual process, with paper-based checks that introduced delays and errors. Two operational flows were critical: periodic stock inventory and order validation before shipping.
The solution
Rosistem deployed a mobile application on Motorola MC1000 terminals covering both flows: (1) fast inventory via barcode scanning on products and locations, (2) order validation — every item is scanned at packing and the system confirms the correct contents are included.
